Low-gluten
After pleas from those with Celiac Sprue Disease and wheat allergy sufferers who were denied the Eucharist due to the inability to safely consume a regular host, we invented a low-gluten version in 2004 after many years of trials and tribulations.
With support from the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops and approval by the Vatican, we are the sole U.S. producers of these breads.
